Brighton Chauffeur Service - Terms and Conditions of Business

The following terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Brighton Chauffeur Service

Terms of service

1. Payment must be paid in advance once the booking has been confirmed.

2. Prices for the service will be published on the website or other prices agreed in writing at the time of confirmation of booking.

3. The prices are subject to change without notice. However, prices agreed and confirmed by Brighton Chauffeur Service and the client will be honoured, with the exception of conditions 4 and 5.

4. We reserve the right to charge extra for any changes to the service made at the client request.

5. We reserve the right to cancel a booking in the following circumstances:
- Payment not received
The client will be notified of the cancellation before the booking time.

6. Where bookings are made through Brighton Chauffeur Service the clients are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.

7. Any amendments to the flight details, destination or vehicle type made within 7 days of the scheduled pick up/meeting time could result in cancellation of service and we reserve the right to charge the cancellation charges as described in the Cancellation Fees listed here below.

8. Brighton Chauffeur Service will not be responsible for any loss whatsoever resulting from errors or omissions in the information provided by the client.

9. The client will be responsible for checking the details provided in the booking form for accuracy. In situations where Brighton Chauffeur Service were unable to provide a service due to inaccurate or incomplete information the Cancellation Fees listed here below will apply.

10. In the case of a service to or from an airport or seaport, where there is a significant variation to the flight’s or the crossing's scheduled arrival Brighton Chauffeur Service will make every effort meet the client as agreed. However Brighton Chauffeur Service will not be responsible for delays on account of such circumstances.

11. Brighton Chauffeur Service will make every effort to provide a great service with minimum inconvenience. However circumstances beyond the control of Brighton Chauffeur Service may prevent execution of the service. The following are some examples of such circumstances:

  • Accidents and road works causing traffic delays.
  • Restricted vehicular access.
  • Complying with requests by the law.
  • Extraordinary changes to flight's status of your or other clients.
  • Any other situation that will affect the provision of the service.

12. Brighton Chauffeur Service will use every reasonable means to ensure that the vehicle(s) arrive at the appointed time stated in the booking form. Brighton Chauffeur Service will not incur any liability whatsoever in the event of any delay. All our vehicles are insured for passenger and third party claims as required by the licensing authority. However, whilst every care is taken, clients’ property is carried entirely at their own risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage. Clients are advised to check their own travel insurance.

13. Brighton Chauffeur Service reserves the right to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or and/or whose behaviour is considered to pose a threat to other passengers, the driver, or the vehicle.

14. Brighton Chauffeur Service may subcontract work to other operators from time to time.

Cancellation Fees

  • Cancellation within 48 hours of booked time with Brighton Chauffeur Service refund 50% of fees.
  • Cancellation within 24 hours or less of booked time with Brighton Chauffeur Service 100% charge.
  • Cancellation before 48 hours of booked time receives a full refund MINUS 25% booking fee.

Methods of Payment

  • All credit/debit cards taken.
  • Payment over the 'phone or by BACs on receipt of invoice.
